Our Blueprint

Our Blueprint

"Most IT projects don't fail because of bad code. They fail because of poor requirements, weak boundaries, and zero accountability."
At NexaVett, we do not operate like traditional, sub-standard agencies. We do not jump into development blindly, we do not work without ironclad legal protections, and we never allow scope creep to destroy a budget. Every project we manage is engineered using a strict, battle-tested system designed to eliminate risk for the client and protect the integrity of the build. Below is a transparent look at the exact frameworks, documentation, and methodology we apply to every single engagement.
The Business Requirement Document (BRD)
A comprehensive, strategic manual that outlines the absolute business objectives of your software. We map out the exact ROI, target user flows, and core functionalities so there is zero ambiguity.
01
The Functional Requirement Document (FRD)
The technical translator for developers. We map out database architectures, API integrations, and step-by-step technical execution paths.
02
The 100-Point Vendor Selection Matrix
We do not hire based on "good feelings" or cheap hourly rates. We run a rigorous vetting process across a minimum of 3 top-tier IT companies, grading them on historical delivery data, financial stability, and technical infrastructure.
03

How We Protect Your Capital

The Escrow Milestone System
We completely eliminated financial risk for both parties.
Phase Funding
Clients fund specific milestones into a secure corporate escrow account before a phase begins.
01
Verified Release
Funds are only released to the IT vendor once NexaVett runs a rigorous quality check and confirms the milestone is 100% complete according to the FRD.
02
Zero Work Without Escrow
If a milestone isn't funded, production stops instantly. This keeps everyone honest, urgent, and aligned.
03

The Strict Change Request (CR) Policy

Scope creep is the single biggest reason IT projects miss deadlines and bleed money. We act as the ultimate boundary judge between you and the IT vendor using 3 unyielding rules:
The Base Scope Anchor
Everything detailed inside the signed BRD and FRD during Month 1 must be delivered by the IT company. They cannot charge you a single extra dollar for anything inside these documents. If they try to, we stop them.
01
The CR Classification
If you request a new feature, a design change, or an integration that sits outside the signed FRD, it is immediately classified as a Change Request. We do not accept un-budgeted changes, and we do not expect IT companies to work for free.
02
Zero Work Without Escrow
Work on any new feature only begins once NexaVett calculates the mathematical timeline impact, both parties sign a formal CR Addendum, and the extra funds are cleared into your escrow account. No shortcuts, no surprises.
